How many appointments do I need?

This will depend on the reason for your visit. Some clients begin to feel better almost immediately after their first appointment, while others may require a number of follow-up appointments to refine their treatment plan.

For chronic or ongoing conditions, maintenance appointments may be required for a few months following your first visit to ensure you are on the right track to optimal health and well-being. Many people see naturopaths on an ongoing basis to maintain their health and wellbeing, and to prevent future illnesses from occurring.

Do I need to have specific health concerns to use Naturopathic Medicine?

Not at all. While we can definitely help our clients with managing their health concerns, ultimately Naturopathic Medicine is also proactive health.

Seeing a Naturopathic Doctor can help you to make important lifestyle modifications, learn how to detect important changes in your body, and know what to do to prevent your health from becoming an issue.

While you may not have specific health concerns, many people find that Naturopathic Medicine can still impact their health.
