Below, you will find listed some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive at Boost In Life Health & Wellness. If you have a question that is not answered, please contact us preferable prior to your appointment date and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. 

The cost of your initial consultation is $80.

Once the appointment has been reserved there are a few steps to be completed to ensure that Dr. Josefa Ndinofina has all of necessary information to provide the best care possible.

Please make sure that you arrive on time. We also request that if you are running late to your appointment that you call our office and inform us.

At your first appointment, please allow for a minimum of 90 minutes, but be aware that your appointment may run longer based on your need.

To secure your appointment, we do ask for a deposit of $50 (fifty dollars by credit card). However, if the appointment is canceled with at least 24 hrs notice, we will refund your deposit.

Payment is due at time of services rendered.

Supplements, follow up consultations are not included in the cost of your initial consultation.

We do not accept assignment from insurance companies. Our office is a cash base practice, so we ONLY accept cash, credit cards/debit cards.

This will depend on the reason for your visit. Some clients begin to feel better almost immediately after their first appointment, while others may require a number of follow-up appointments to refine their treatment plan.

For chronic or ongoing conditions, maintenance appointments may be required for a few months following your first visit to ensure you are on the right track to optimal health and well-being. Many people see naturopaths on an ongoing basis to maintain their health and wellbeing, and to prevent future illnesses from occurring.

Not at all. While we can definitely help our clients with managing their health concerns, ultimately Naturopathic Medicine is also proactive health.

Seeing a Naturopathic Doctor can help you to make important lifestyle modifications, learn how to detect important changes in your body, and know what to do to prevent your health from becoming an issue.

While you may not have specific health concerns, many people find that Naturopathic Medicine can still impact their health.
